    New to NYC–Photo Locations

    Day 1

Our first day in NYC was a DREAM. We stayed at the INNSIDE New York NoMad for the four days we were in NY and it was such a gorgeous hotel. While we waited to get checked in, we ventured into the the flatiron district and photographed for Auguste the Label in Madison Square Park.

Madison Square Park: 11 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10010

Flat Iron Building: 175 5th Ave, New York, NY 10010

    DAY 2

We made our way to Lower Manhattan to visit the Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center, and of course the iconic alley shot of the Manhattan Bridge. I’m wearing Velvet Heart pants and jacket during this little adventure and let me tell you it was the PERFECT outfit. We walked so far and when crossing over the Brooklyn Bridge it gets REALLY chilly so bring a jacket. Really anywhere you go you will need to get there early if you aren’t wanting to deal with crowds and taking photos.

Westfield World Trade Center: 185 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10007

Brooklyn Bridge: Brooklyn Bridge, New York, NY 10038 (We had to stop and ask for directions on how to get up to it)

Manhattan Bridge Alley, Dumbo: Water St & Washington St Brooklyn, NY 11201

    Day 3

Our last day in NYC before heading out the next morning–We ventured to upper manhattan to see the MET, Central Park, Top of the Rock, and started heading back home to stop at Time Square.

To start the day off, I grabbed a matcha latte from Cha Cha Matcha, an extremely trendy spot to take photos.

Top of the Rock: 45 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY 10111

Cha Cha Matcha: (there are multiple locations) 1158 Broadway, New York, NY 10001

Bow Bridge, Central Park: We just walked around till we found it, you can see it on a smart phone–I will note that there are TONS of people frequenting this bridge so maybe go earlier in the day or fight your way fora photo.
